Just a typical Wednesday. I went to my classes, continued playing the insanity that is the zombie game, went to a spin class and did homework. Typical.
I’m getting very, VERY excited for my trip to Cairns this weekend. We have a disposable underwater camera for the reef, our confirmation numbers, flight numbers, etc. Now I just need to find the storage room to get my little suitcase, call to confirm everything, do some laundry and head to the airport!
In other exciting news, my friend Nathan is meeting us in Cairns! It’s insane. I’m so excited. We are getting into the airport in Cairns around the same time so we can taxi back and we are staying at the same hostel and going on the same day trips. I can’t even wait! Prepare yourselves for a million pictures of beautiful beaches, rain forests and reefs.
In case you are curious about the Long story short on the zombie game. The zombies have to try and kill the humans. The humans have to fight back and try to kill the zombies. Humans get killed when they get “pegged” with a clothespin, either in a “stealth kill” where you sneak up behind someone and clip the pin on them without them noticing, or a “maul kill” where you touch the other person with the pin when there are more than four Zombies present.
Now I can reveal things because I’m out of the game! I started out human, snuck around college trying not to get infected by the zombies, got turned into a zombie within a short 2 hours and 45 minutes, woke up this morning, helped with three infections, then I got killed by a human so I’m out of the game. Whoops. So I lasted about 21 hours, not a good sign in case of a real zombie apocalypse.
That’s about all I can think of at the moment. Heading to Randwick Public School tomorrow to teach my kindergarten friends how to read, taking the bus to Bondi Junction to get a coffee maker, heading to class and packing up for my weekend getaway!
